Stephen is a specialist Oral Surgeon who is a consultant at Gosford Hospital, runs a specialtist private practice at Gosford, and coordinates the Oral Surgery program for the Graduate Dental Program at the University of Sydney, based at Westmead Hospital. He is sub-dean(curriculum) with the Faculty.

Stephen has had broad experience in the UK, Nepal and Australia, and continues as a part-time advisor for Oral Surgery programs in Nepal and Cambodia.
