PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Courses which do not receive sufficient enrolments are subject to cancellation. If a course is cancelled, full course payment will be refunded.
Payments
Enrolment in courses requires payment within 7 days of registration. All courses under $1000 require full payment on application, and all courses over $1000 can be paid in up to 3 installments, with the full course fee due 2 months prior to course start date.
Cancellations
Cancellations made outside 8 weeks prior to course start date are refunded in full. Cancellations made within 4 to 8 weeks of course start date are charged a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of course start date are charged a 50% cancellation fee. Where no notice of cancellation is given, there will be no refund issued.
CREDIT HOURS CPD SYSTEM
Credit CPD Hours may form the basis of future accreditation requirements. Please keep a detailed record of your course attendances.
