Overview Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is a common disorder, affecting approximately 4% of men and 2% of women in the middle-aged workforce, as well as children and the elderly.
In the past 15 years there has been an increasing recognition of the dental aspects of the disorder, from both pathophysiological and therapeutic points of view.
This course aims to inform you about the diagnosis and management of snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea, and to consider the role of the dentist in this field.
