The strength of the Faculty of Dentistry lies in its staff, who have active research, teaching and community service profiles across a wide range of disciplines relevant to the study of dentistry.

Teaching activities are also supported by a large number of part-time staff who bring their contemporary professional skills and clinical experience to the classroom and dental hospital teaching settings, giving a 'real world' hands-on learning experience for our students. A skilled team of administrative and technical staff are also employed within the Faculty who provide professional-level services across a broad range of administrative, financial and technical areas, which support the core activities of the Faculty.
